Your ‘Starter for 10’ at the 2026 Young@Heart Quiz Night

The annual Young@Heart Quiz Night on Friday 30 January 2026 kicks off the fundraising drive for our 10th Anniversary Year.

The evening will be a brilliant opportunity to test out your general knowledge and support a local, dementia-friendly organisation.

The Quiz Night is the first event in our year-long plan offering Young@Heart guests special experiences throughout 2026, culminating in our 10th Birthday Party in September.

If you’re a keen quizzer, a trivia fiend or you just want to support Young@Heart Cafe come on down to St Joseph’s Parish Centre Gardenia Avenue, Luton LU3 2NS on Friday 30 January from 6pm.

You could come on your own, or as a team, it really doesn’t matter, as you could join a team on the day. The more the merrier!

Hot food, entertainment, a bar and a fabulous Friday Night is on the cards. We hope you can join us to help make 2026 an awesome Young@Heart year.
