Cat and Co Climbing Snowdon for Young@Heart Cafe on 24 May

We’re extremely proud to report that Cat and her pals Angela, Louise and Pam are climbing Snowdon for The Young @ Heart Cafe on Saturday 24 May 2025.

Their target is £2000, and as we write, they’ve already reached 97%. Please go to their JustGiving page and help them get over the line…

Here’s what Catriona Keane wrote on her JustGiving page:

“Dementia is something that is having a personal effect on so many people we love and care for, and we are taking on the challenge of Snowdon on Saturday, 24 May.

The Young@Heart Cafe aims to help with social isolation associated with those living with dementia and their carers.

Young@Heart Cafe supports over a hundred families in the local community of Luton who are dealing with the challenges and changes of dementia.
